管理的精髓,其实是一条最简单明白却往往被人忽视的道理:人们都会努力去做那些对他最有利的事情,这是本能使然。所以你期望员工做出什么行为,与其仅仅停留在希望、要求上,不如对这种行为做出明明白白的激励来得更有效。
The essence of management is actually the simplest but often overlooked principle: People will try hard to do what is best for him. This is instinctive. So what kind of behavior you expect employees to do, instead of simply staying in hopes and demands, it is better to be more effective in making clear and explicit incentives for such behavior.
