本文对1985年以来浙江省劳动力向第三产业转移的现状及对就业的影响进行了比较和实证分析。发现这期间就业效应更多地体现在第二产业的发展,就业结构滞后于产业结构的发展,但同时,借助于弹性值以及产业结构的构成趋势分析,可以看到第三产业正逐渐取代第二产业成为吸纳劳动力就业的主要产业。进而得出第三产业中传统的商贸餐饮业仍是吸纳劳动力的主要行业,而金融业等新兴服务业的就业发展却显得不稳定。
This article makes a comparative and empirical analysis of the status quo of the transfer of Zhejiang’s labor force to the tertiary industry and its impact on employment since 1985. Found that the employment effect was more reflected in the development of the secondary industry during this period, the employment structure lags behind the development of the industrial structure, but at the same time, with the help of the elasticity value and the trend analysis of the industrial structure, we can see that the tertiary industry is gradually replacing the The secondary industry has become a major industry for employment of the labor force. Then it comes to the conclusion that the traditional commerce and catering industry in the tertiary industry is still the main industry to absorb the labor force, while the employment development in the emerging service industries such as the financial industry is not stable.
