散发性病毒性脑炎可由多种病毒引起.国内近年来发病较多,但病原学检查较少.我科于1978年3月至1979年6月对113例临床诊断或拟诊病毒性脑炎的病例作了脑脊液及/或全血的病毒分离,其中部分作了血清病毒抗体测定,检查结果发现24例系腺病毒脑炎.
