目的:了解实施基本药物制度后对我院基本情况的影响,分析存在问题的原因并提出建议。方法:收集广东省鹤山市龙口镇卫生院2011年-2014年各项财务数据,并对数据进行纵向对比分析。结果:自实施基本药物制度及药品零差价销售后,我院业务量和收入及医务工作者收入均出现先升后降的现象,但药品使用情况则变化不大。结论:应建立完善的基本药物目录遴选制度及配送制度,同时寻求政府相关部门的帮助,为患者提供优质的基本医疗服务及公共卫生服务,实现基层医疗可持续发展。
Objective: To understand the impact of the implementation of the basic drug system on the basic situation of our hospital, analyze the causes of the problems and make recommendations. Methods: The financial data of Longkou Town Health Center of Heshan City, Guangdong Province from 2011 to 2014 were collected, and the data were compared longitudinally. Results: Since the implementation of the basic drug system and the sale of zero-difference drug sales, the volume of our hospital business and income and the income of medical workers both increased first and then decreased, but the use of drugs changed little. CONCLUSION: A sound drug selection system and distribution system for essential medicines should be established. At the same time, it should seek the help of relevant government departments to provide high-quality basic medical services and public health services to patients so as to achieve sustainable development of primary-level medical care.
