制备了一种稀土 Zn 1 5Al合金 ,并用人工海水浸泡合金进行了腐蚀实验 ,借助金相与扫描电镜观察其腐蚀形貌及组织变化情况 .结果表明 :适量稀土的加入可细化Zn 1 5Al合金的铸态组织 ,而对合金的耐蚀性能无显著改善 ;当微量Cu、Mg及稀土复合添加时可显著改善合金的耐蚀性能 .通过实验确定了Ce的最佳含量为 0 .1 % (质量分数 ) .
A kind of rare earth Zn 1 5Al alloy was prepared and immersed in artificial seawater for corrosion test.The morphology and microstructure of the alloy were observed by metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the proper amount of rare earth can be refined Zn 1 5Al alloy Of the as-cast microstructure, but no significant improvement on the corrosion resistance of the alloy; when a small amount of Cu, Mg and rare earth composite added can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy. The experiment determined that the optimal content of Ce was 0.1% ( Quality Score).
