镀锌板的广泛应用给轿车白车身车顶与侧围的激光焊接带来了挑战,采用搭接方式是解决焊缝气孔等问题的最有效措施。针对目前激光搭接焊工艺参数复杂、研究不够全面的现状,以焊缝金相尺寸作为焊缝质量评价标准,采用二次响应面法研究激光束特征参数对焊接质量的影响规律,通过分析确定了关键工艺参数,并获得了最优焊接工艺参数以实现节能的目标。
The wide application of galvanized sheet poses a challenge to the laser welding of the car body and the side body of the car. The lap method is the most effective measure to solve the problem of the weld porosity. Aiming at the current situation of the complicated laser welding parameters and the incomplete research, the influence of the laser beam characteristic parameters on the welding quality is studied by the second response surface method based on the metallurgical size of the weld. The key process parameters, and access to the optimal welding process parameters in order to achieve energy-saving goals.
