目的:探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤剖宫产术同时行肌瘤剔除的安全性和可行性。方法:回顾性分析我院63例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剥除术,与同期80例单纯行剖宫产术的产妇对照。结果:术中出血量、术后24h出血量、术后病率、住院时间肌瘤剔除组与单纯剖宫产组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术是可行的、安全的、必要的。
Objective: To investigate the safety and feasibility of cesarean section with myomectomy in pregnancy with uterine fibroids. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 63 cases of cesarean section in our hospital while hysterectomy, compared with 80 cases of simple cesarean section of maternal control. Results: There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss, blood loss after operation, postoperative morbidity and hospitalization time between myomectomy group and simple cesarean section group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Cesarean section at the same time myomectomy is feasible, safe and necessary.
