广州市冶金工业总公司党委书记廖肇汀在《企业党组织要积极参与经济工作》一文中指出:要进一步落实党组织参与经济工作的任务,提高参与的水平,必须处理好如下几个关系: 1、两个主动的关系 党委领导成员要做到四个主动:一是主动学习经济知识,熟悉企业运作的规律。二是主动了解、掌握企业生产经营的情况,做到心中有数。三是就企业的经济工作主动向行政领导提出自己的意见和建议。四是通过各种渠道直接参与经济工作,主动为行政领导排难解忧。
