卡托普利临床广泛用于治疗高血压病、糖尿病肾病、冠心病及心功能不全等疾患，但该药能引起咳嗽乃至剧咳，进而易被误诊为其他疾病。本文对17例卡托普利所致咳嗽进行了分析。1临床资料一般资料17例病人均为本院住院或门诊患者，其中男12例，女15例；年龄47～72岁，平均56岁。17
