最近,美国科学家公布的一项研究结果表明,那些长期大量食用全麦食品的人不容易患上糖尿病。研究人员介绍说,2型糖尿病的发生主要是因为人体内调控血糖浓度的胰岛素失灵。而超重者和肥胖者往往容易诱发胰岛素抗性,最终使自己进入全面的2型糖尿病状态。研究人员对2800名一日三餐都以全麦食品为主食的人的健康情况进行了观察。研究发现,长期大量食用全麦和粗纤维食品的人的胰岛素敏感性都比较好,因此不容易产生胰岛素抗性以及代谢综合征等问题。
Recently, a study released by U.S. scientists showed that people who consume large quantities of whole-meal foods on a long-term basis are less likely to develop diabetes. The researchers said that type 2 diabetes is mainly due to the human body to regulate blood glucose levels of insulin failure. Overweight and obese people tend to induce insulin resistance, eventually making themselves into full-fledged type 2 diabetes. The researchers looked at the health of 2,800 people who consumed whole-grain foods for three meals a day. The study found that long-term heavy consumption of whole grains and crude fiber foods are better insulin sensitivity, it is not easy to produce insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome and other issues.
