在施行《国家体育锻炼标准》时,常常碰到的难题就是长跑成绩差影响“达标”率。长跑与其它项目相比确实枯燥无味,学生也谈虎色变,即使跑也带着一种很不情愿的情绪,有的甚至中途溜之大吉。怎样才能消除学生的恐惧心理,提高耐力素质水平呢?我根据学生的心理特点,设计了几种兴趣练习法,收效很好,现介绍给大家。
In the implementation of the “National Physical Training Standards,” often encountered the problem is that poor long-distance running affect the “standard” rate. Compared with other projects, the long-distance running is really dull and the students talk about the changes. Even the running takes a reluctant sentiment, and some even slipped away. How can we eliminate the fear of students and improve the level of endurance quality? According to the psychological characteristics of students, I designed several kinds of interest practice method, effective, now introduced to everyone.
