课堂教学质量评价是高职高专全面教育质量评价中关键性的基础工作。要根据一定的教学目标,利用尽可能科学的方法和手段对课堂教学效果进行价值判断;教学评价理论与方法的研究,应始终围绕评价的客观性和准确性;评价人员的构成一般由主管领导、教学部门负责人、骨干教师、现场工程技术人员组成,并具有相应的政治思想素质、道德素质及业务素质。
