今年以来12315/12358消费者申诉(投诉)举报中心共接到消费者各类有关食品投诉咨询共449宗,数量较平日有明显上升,消费者反映的主要问题:食物变质、含异物、包装与实物不符、过期食品、还有一些属于消费者因食用街边无牌无证摊档的食品导致身体不适的个案投诉等等。食品安全不容忽视,特别是进入夏季,人的肠胃功能减弱,饮食稍有不慎就容易引发肠胃疾病。为此,市消委围绕近期消费者反映的食品问题,特作如下分析提示:夏季必须养成良好的饮食卫生和个人卫生习惯。饮食调养,不但要吃、喝讲究,更不要买变质的食品;饮食上也不可过份贪凉,以防止病原微生物乘虚而入。夏天喝水多,胃液被冲淡了,杀菌能力相对减弱,建议多食用大葱、大蒜等杀菌类食物。在做饭的时
