党的十七大提出要深入贯彻落实科学发展观,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣。广播电视作为影响力最大的现代电子传媒,理应走在文化大发展大繁荣的前列。要使我们的广播电视整体走在文化大发展大繁荣的前列,必须努力实现广播电视区域协调发展。目前,我国东部地区广播电视发展比较快,西部欠发达地区的广播电视相对比较落后。如何实现经济欠发达地区广播电视的跨越式发展,这是广电业界、学界共同关心的问题。十七大召开前夕,贵州电视台与甘肃广播电影电视总台签订战略合作发展协议,在业界引起强烈反响。贵州省是全国唯一一个人均GDP没有突破800美元的省份,然而,贵州卫视一个频道的年收入却能突破4个亿,比较好地实现了经济欠发达地区电视业的跨越式发展。十七大闭幕后不久,我们编辑部的同志带着“经济欠发达地区的广播电视如何实现跨越式发展”这一大家共同关心的问题,来到贵州电视台进行调研,采访了贵州电视台的掌门人白芳芹,并约请贵州广电局局长李新民、四川大学的专家学者、贵州电视台的同志撰写文章,全面深入分析贵州电视台如何实现跨越式发展。
The 17th CPC National Congress proposed to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development and promote the great prosperity and development of socialist culture. As the most influential modern electronic media, radio and television should walk in the forefront of great cultural development and prosperity. To make our radio and television as a whole walk in the forefront of great cultural development and prosperity, we must strive to achieve the coordinated development of radio and television areas. At present, the development of radio and television in the eastern part of our country is relatively rapid, and radio and television in the less developed western regions are relatively backward. How to realize the leapfrog development of radio and television in economically underdeveloped areas is a common concern for the radio and television industry and academia. On the eve of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Guizhou Television and Gansu radio, film and television station signed a strategic cooperation and development agreement, which has aroused strong repercussions in the industry. Guizhou Province is the only province in the country whose GDP per capita does not exceed 800 U.S. dollars. However, one channel of Guizhou Satellite TV can exceed 4 billion in annual revenue and achieve the leap-forward development of television industry in economically underdeveloped areas. Shortly after the closing of the 17th CPC National Congress, comrades from our editorial department came to Guizhou TV Station to carry out an investigation and interview with Guizhou TV Station on the issues of common concern: “How does radio and television in economically underdeveloped areas achieve leapfrog development?” Head Bai Baiqin, and invited the Secretary of Guizhou Radio and Television Li Xinmin, Sichuan University experts and scholars, Guizhou TV comrades write articles, a comprehensive analysis of how Guizhou TV to achieve leaps and bounds.
