人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)和获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)仍然是全球关注的健康问题,研究开发新型抗HIV化学药物具有重要意义,上市新药的成功研发案例对此可能有借鉴之处。本文对2005～2008年间FDA批准上市的抗HIV-1化学药物及部分候选药物的发现过程和生物活性特点进行了综述。
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) continue to be a global health concern. The successful development of new drugs for research and development of new anti-HIV drugs is of great importance. There may be lessons for this. This review summarizes the discovery process and biological activity of anti-HIV-1 chemotherapeutics and some candidate drugs approved by the FDA during 2005-2008.
