在开发新的油气藏中所遇到的深度水处理和严格的环保要求迫切需要开发出更轻、更紧凑、更有效的工艺设备。经过广泛的现场试验,从采出水中分离原油的液-液旋流工艺为这一需要带来了希望。该文概述了脱油水力旋流器的基本结构和操作原理,并讨论了系统设计、早期运行经验和四会一水力旋流器在Murchison平台大规模商业应用的实验结果。此外,该文还讨论了较大尺寸的60mm(2.4in)水力旋流器在Hutton张力腿平台(TLP)现场试领的早期结果。这方面技术在国外起步校早,并已获得了成熟的经验,而在国内才处于刚刚起步阶段。为1998年原中国石油天然气总公司招标项目。该技术的引进为我国开发新的油气藏中所遇到的深水处理具有一定的指导意义。
Depth water treatment and stringent environmental requirements encountered in developing new reservoirs are urgently needed to develop lighter, more compact and more efficient process equipment. After extensive field trials, the liquid-liquid swirling process of separating crude oil from produced water offers hope for this need. This paper gives an overview of the basic structure and operation principle of the de-oil hydrocyclone and discusses the experimental results of system design, early operation experience and large-scale commercial application of the Sihui-Hydrocyclone on the Murchison platform. In addition, the article also discussed the earlier results of a larger sized 60mm (2.4in) hydrocyclone piloting onsite at the Hutton Tension Leg Platform (TLP). Technology in this area started early school abroad, and has gained a mature experience, but only in its infancy in China. For the former China National Petroleum Corporation 1998 bidding project. The introduction of this technology has certain guiding significance for the deepwater treatment encountered in the development of new reservoirs in our country.
