研究结果表明,渣中的Fe_3O_4渗透进耐火砖内的深度不大,但是使砖体内部发生了质的变化,硅酸盐相有较强的渗透进耐火砖内部的能力,并且在铁尖晶石和镁尖晶石之间形成固溶体。硅酸盐相和Fe_3O_4相的渗透和反应降低了固体材料之间的直接结合能力,是降低耐火材料寿命的主要因素之一。
The results show that the penetration of Fe 3 O 4 in the slag into the refractory brick is not significant, but the quality of the brick body changes qualitatively. The silicate phase has a strong ability to penetrate into the interior of the refractory brick. A solid solution is formed between the stone and the magnesium spinel. The infiltration and reaction of silicate phase and Fe_3O_4 phase reduce the direct bonding ability between solid materials and are one of the main factors to reduce the life of refractory materials.
