我院为了以1958—1959学年科学研究的成果来纪念具有偉大意义的国慶十周年,特于国慶節前后出版学报。今年在技术科学方面的学报,计划按稿件性質分别出版石油化工、石油地質和鑽采、石油机械三册,刊載的論文共二十余篇。 这些科学研究成果,都是去年大躍進以来,教师、研究生、学生和职工在党的领导下,坚决贯徹党的“教育为无產階级政治服务、教育与生產劳动相结合”的教育方针和坚决执行社会主义的科学研究路线,发挥敢想敢干和独立思攷与集体创造相结合的精神下獲得的。其中多数曾分别在六、七月份我院与石油科学研究院联合举办的两次科学研究报告会上作过报告并進行了讨論,一般地被认为对石油工業的发展将起一定的作用。
In order to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the great national day with the achievements of the scientific research of the 1958-1959 academic year, our college published the journal before and after the National Day. This year, in the journal Science and Technology, it plans to publish three volumes of petrochemical, petroleum geology and drilling, petroleum machinery in the form of manuscripts respectively, with more than 20 papers published. Since the Great Leap Forward last year, all these scientific research achievements have led teachers, graduate students, students and workers under the leadership of the party to resolutely implement the education policy of “education for proletarian politics and education and productive labor” And the resolute implementation of the socialist scientific research line, the courage to dare to do and independent thinking and the collective creation of a combination of spirit. Most of them have reported and discussed at two scientific studies jointly held by the Institute and the Academia Sinica in June and July, and are generally considered to play a role in the development of the petroleum industry.
