作为一名年轻的主管业务的园长,我在业务管理工作中信守一个原则:只要从教师的“饥渴”处着眼,从关键环节着手,一步一个脚印地工作,就能提高管理的实效。 基于这一点,我认真分析本园实际,将提高教师的业务水平作为自己的工作目标,紧紧抓住计划指导、活动指导及反馈指导三个环节,通过规范教师的教育工作计划、有目的地跟班指导、及时反馈等方式,逐步提高教师设计、组织活动的能力,帮助教师不断将新的观念转化为教育行为,从而提高了保教工作的整体水平。
