戴英浪(1906—1985),广东惠阳人,1931年到上海中华艺术专科学校西画科学美术,马来亚归侨。1938年他以素描参加英国皇家画家学会展获银质奖章。同年加入马来亚共产党,任马来亚华侨各界抗敌后援会负责人,次年回国参加抗战。1940年到盐城任鲁迅艺术学院华中分院教务科副科长,兼美术系教员,转为中共党员。后调到社会部做地下工作,打入东亚联盟等日伪机构,并参加上海木刻协会、美术作家协会。1947年奉组织之命到台湾工作,后遇突发情况转移到香港,参加中共华南文委领导的人间画会,继到东江纵队教导营任教官。广州解放,随军进城在军管会公安处工作,并任广州《新商晚报》总编辑。1951年到中央美院华东分院(现中国美术学院)工作,任总务处长、副教授。潘汉年冤案发生被隔离审查。1957年被划为右派,“文革”中受折磨断了一条腿。1979年获平反。生前曾出版过《桧子花》、《竹节海棠》、《紫丁香》等花卉画作品。戴铁郎是他的长子,现为中国美术家协会会员、中国动画学会理事、中央电视台动画部顾问。
Dai Yinglang (1906-1985), Huiyang, Guangdong, 1931 to Shanghai China Art College Western painting science and art, Malayan returned overseas Chinese. In 1938 he sketched to participate in the British Royal Society of painters show silver medal. In the same year, he joined the Malayan Communist Party and served as the head of the overseas rebel groups of overseas Chinese in Malaya. In the following year, he returned to China to participate in the war of resistance. In 1940 to Yancheng Ren Xun Art Institute of Huazhong Branch deputy section chief, and art faculty, converted to Communist Party members. After transferred to the Ministry of Social Affairs to do underground work, into the East Asia Union and other Japanese institutions, and to participate in Shanghai Woodcut Association, Association of fine art writers. Born in 1947, the organization ordered the work in Taiwan. After the unexpected situation was transferred to Hong Kong, he participated in the human painting exhibition under the leadership of the South China Cultural Commission and went on to teach the camp instructors in the Dongjiang Column. Guangzhou liberation, with the army into the city Public Security Bureau in the work of the CMC, and Ren Guangzhou “Xin Business Evening News” editor-in-chief. In 1951 to the Central Academy of Fine Arts East China Branch (now China Academy of Art), served as director of the department, associate professor. Pan Hannian injustice was quarantined. 1957 was designated as the right, “Cultural Revolution ” in the tortured one leg. Reversed in 1979. Before his death, he published flower paintings such as “juniper flower”, “slubby begonia” and “lilac”. Dai Tielang is his eldest son and is currently a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a director of the Chinese Animation Society, and a consultant for the animation department of CCTV.
