绥中36 l油田J区开发工程详细设计已顺利完成,1996年11月4日全部设计文件已正式提交给业主渤海公司。 绥中36 l油田J区是该油田的重要组成部分,J区的开发,对补充绥中36 l油田产量,维持较长时间稳产.具有十分重要的意义,J区开发工程详细设计是中海石油工程设计公司ISO9000质量体系认证重点项目。1996年4月8日J区详细设计正式开始.7月5日进行了中间设计审查,10月23日进行了最终设计成果审查,11月5日全部完成。
