在中国,目前箱梁施工过程中,竖向预应力的检测几乎为空白。为了有效检测箱梁施工过程中的有效张拉力,基于结构动力学理论,采用现场检测的研究手段,建立了箱梁竖向预应力张拉力和外露段钢筋动力特性的关系。对一座3跨预应力混凝土连续刚构主梁进行了部分梁段的测试,分析了目前竖向预应力张拉力存在的不足。研究结果表明:该文所提方法直接、有效,能够有效监控竖向预应力张拉力。
In China, during the construction of box girder, the detection of vertical prestress is almost blank. In order to effectively detect the effective tensile force during the construction of box girder, the relationship between the vertical prestressed tension of box girder and the dynamic characteristics of exposed steel bar was established based on the structural dynamics theory and the on-site testing methods. The test of some beam sections of a 3-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame girder was carried out, and the shortages of the present vertical prestressing tension were analyzed. The results show that the method proposed in this paper is direct and effective and can effectively monitor the vertical prestressing tension.
