全国水文有偿技术咨询服务、综合经营经验交流会议暨中国水利电力企业管理协会水文分会成立大会,于1990年9月7～9日在山东省泰安市召开。会议由水文司司长卢九渊主持。原水电部副部长、国务院三峡地区经济开发办公室主任李伯宁亲临会议并作了《大力发展综合经营,在深化改革中开创我国水文事业新局面》的重要报告,卢九渊司长在会议开幕和结束时作了重要讲话。水文司胡宗培同志就中国水利电力企业协会水文分会
National Hydrographic Compensation Technical Advisory Service, Integrated Management Experience Sharing Conference and Hydrology and Power Enterprise Management Association Hydrological Branch Meeting was established. It was held in Taian, Shandong Province from September 7 to September 1990. The meeting was chaired by the Secretary for the Hydrology, Lu Jiuyuan. Li Beining, former vice minister of the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, and director of the Economic Development Office of the Three Gorges of the State Council came to the meeting and made an important report titled “Vigorously Developing Integrated Management and Opening up a New Prospect of Hydrology in China in Deepening Reform”.
