我院自制复方蟾龙注射液治疗慢性气管炎病人107例,经临床观察,效果较好,现小结如下: 药物制作及用法成份: 广地龙20.0克蟾蜍肉10.0克黄芩素(精制品) 5.0克苯甲醇1.0毫升蒸溜水加至100毫升制作:将广地龙、蟾蜍肉用生理盐水冲洗净,剪成小块,置搪磁桶内,加入1～1.5倍生理盐水,以15磅压力加热渍煮一小时。放冷后,用三层纱布过滤,水浴浓缩。浓缩液加入乙醇,使含醇量达60%,静置过夜。次日滤除沉淀,滤液回收乙醇后,过滤,冷藏24小时,用石棉滤器滤清后,调整pH值至7.5左右,加入苯甲醇及蒸溜水适量,精滤。另外取黄芩素5克,用蒸溜水5毫升及1N氢氧化钠适量,
