目的 观察注射用 β -七叶皂苷钠与氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液在 2 5℃条件下的配伍稳定性。 方法 采用分光光度法测定氧氟沙星和 β -七叶皂苷钠配伍后 4h内的含量 ,同时观察两药配伍后药液 pH ,外观及吸收曲线的变化情况。 结果 在 2 5℃条件下 ,4h内配伍液外观澄明无变色 ,未见气泡或沉淀 ,pH值及吸收曲线无明显变化。结论 在 2 5℃ 4h内注射用 β -七叶皂苷钠在氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中稳定 ,可以配伍使用。
Objective To observe the compatibility of sodium β - aescinate injection and ofloxacin glucose injection at 25 ℃. Methods The contents of ofloxacin and β - aescinate in 4 hours were determined by spectrophotometry. Meanwhile, the changes of pH, appearance and absorption curve of the two drugs were observed. Results Under the condition of 2 5 ℃, the appearance of compatibility liquid within 4 hours was clear and no discoloration, no bubbles or precipitation, no obvious change of pH value and absorption curve. Conclusions Sodium β - aescinate is stable in ofloxacin and glucose injection within 4h at 25 ℃, which can be used in combination.
