党政思想建设是企业发展的根本源动力,市场经济竞争越激烈,社会变化越剧烈,职工诉求越多样,都需要通过企业党政思想建设工作加以平衡、协调和处理。本研究以党政思想建设为核心对新时期企业的思政工作展开了深入思考,在分析党政思想建设中存在的观念、学习、管理等方面问题的前提下,提供了从落实企业党政思想工作责任,培养企业党政思想工作人才,加强党政思想建设管理等措施,希望为企业推进党政思想建设工作有所借鉴。
