采用水玻璃和聚合氯化铝分别与铝矾土和石英粉配制的涂料交替浸涂的新工艺,革除了自然干燥与化学硬化两道多次重复的工序,提高了制壳效率。 试制成功适用于交替硬化制壳工艺的酸性粘结剂——硅铝胶,采用硅铝胶代替聚合氯化铝配制的涂料交替浸涂的新工艺,进一步提高了型壳的湿态强度。 试验成功交替硬化微波说蜡制究新工艺,使制亮时间从两天缩短到两小时。
Using water glass and polyaluminum chloride, respectively, and bauxite and quartz powder coating prepared by alternating dip coating of the new technology, to get rid of the natural drying and chemical hardening two repeated processes to improve the shell efficiency.
