课程改革进程中,在课堂教学层面遇到最大的挑战就是无效和低效问题。课堂教学改革总体看,大方向是正确的,并取得了实质性的进展。但是对新课程理念的理解、领会不到位,以及教师缺乏必要的经验和能力,课堂教学改革出现了形式化、低效化的现象。《全日制义务教育品德与社会课程标准》提出“:教育的基础性和有效性是课程的追求。”基于此,应构建开放式教学,提高品德课堂实效性,并将从改变教师角色、教学内容、教学形式、教学阵地四块内容加以说明。
