江苏省吴江市鲈乡实验小学自承担江苏省“十一五”教育科学规划课题暨苏州市“十一五”教育科学重点规划课题“教育博客:促进教师专业发展的实践与研究”以来,积极实践、大胆探索。该校通过课题专业技术系列培训、专题研究、主题沙龙、课题整合课、课堂观察、教师博客评比等活动,促使教育博客切实成为教师反思教育教学现象,密切家校联系,进行研究性学习交流,深入探究有效教学方式的重要平台。同时,该校利用教育博客最大程度为学生服务,开展在线学习、专题探究、主题拓展、深度对话等方面实践探索。学校的课题研究对于学校教师专业发展方面起到了良好的助推作用。课题实施两年多来,学校先后有18人次获得各级教育博客评比奖项,在省级以上刊物发表论文100余篇,市级以上骨干教师的比例达34%。本刊特选载6篇学校教科中心组成员关于江苏省教育科学“十一.五”规划课题“教育博客:促进教师专业发展的实践与研究”(项目编号:中小学/立项课题2006第[374]号)的研究成果。希望引起读者对于教育博客和教师专业发展这两个教育热点话题的关注。

Explore important platforms for effective teaching. At the same time, the school makes use of education blogs to provide students with the maximum service, carry out practical exploration in online learning, special topic exploration, theme development and deep dialogue. The research of the school has played a good boosting role in the professional development of school teachers. Over the past two years since the implementation of the project, the school has successively won 18 awards and awards of educational blogs at all levels, published more than 100 papers at magazines above the provincial level, and the proportion of key teachers at or above the municipal level reached 34%.
