9例慢性痛疒人,腰穿收集两次脑脊液,一次是在电刺激前12~18小时,疒人感痛而未采取镇痛措施时;另一次是在用表面电极刺激穴位45分钟后的30分钟以内收集,每次收集10ml,经离心、超过滤,再用分子筛Sephadex G-10柱层析,得组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ,冰冻干燥后用受体结合法测定其中内啡肽。用甲硫氨酸—脑啡肽经同法柱层析,作出标准曲线,脑脊液中内啡肽含量用甲硫氨酸—脑啡肽的pmoles/ml表示。根据作者1976年的工作:人脑脊液中,内啡肽的组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ占总内啡肽的75%以上;在无慢性痛的疒人,组分
