随着高校体制改革 ,高校管理中迫切需要业务精、素质高的财会人员。高校部分财会人员的职业道德严重缺乏 ,诚信意识不强。采用先进的教育方法和手段进行职业道德教育 ;加强法规、制度建设 ,完善相关法律支持和保障体系 ;建立高校内控制度 ,完善高校会计职业道德奖惩机制 ;建立和完善高校财会人员信用体系、评价体系 ;建立行业自律与外部监管相结合的管理框架 ;加强会计从业资格管理工作
With the institutional reform in colleges and universities, there is an urgent need for finance and accounting personnel with high quality and professional skills in the management of colleges and universities.
