本文综述年轻血液延缓衰老的相关的研究进展.“,”Retarding aging process and age-related functional degeneration of organs is a difficult issue in aging research. Recent studies demonstrate that heterochronic parabiosis can effectively rejuvenate the aging phenotypes of several organs and even ex-tend the lifespan of the old animal. Heterochronic parabiosis is a technique that surgically splice a young animal and an old animal to-gether by connecting their skin from one side between front and back legs, and therefore they can share circulation systems. Further evidence illustrates that the injection of young plasma to old animal can also rejuvenate the aging phenotypes. All these results indicate that some specific factors that may mediate the effects of young blood on improving aging process. This paper reviews the advance in antiaging roles of young blood.
