目的:分析军队老年干部病房护工的现状以更好地提高患者生活质量和生存质量。方法:由1名护士使用自制的老干部相关情况调查表和护工相关情况调查表采用访谈法进行调查。结果:患者和家属存在对护工工作内容不完全了解,护工来源杂、价廉质低,子女与患者相处时间短方面的问题。护工存在年龄大,文化素质低;工作时间长,体力透支大;未经培训,工作方法不恰当;临时观念强,工作不负责方面的问题。结论:建立护工培训机构,规范护工工作内容是提高护工工作质量的必要举措;建立护工准入制度是保证护工工作质量的重要基础;加强与老干部家属沟通,改变用工思想是提高患者生存质量的前提条件;加强慎独精神教育,建立护工档案是护工工作质量持续发展的有效保证。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the current situation of elderly cadres in the military to provide better quality of life and quality of life.
