通过拉力脱载法测定10种不同材料及设计的磁性固位体的固位力,探讨磁性固位体固位力的影响因素。结果表明:1、应用钕铁硼磁体可显著增加磁性固位体的固位力;2、采用磁体-软磁合金设计具有较多优点且利于增加固位力;3、闭合磁路磁性固位体的固位力显著高于开放磁路因位体;4、不同设计的闭合磁路磁性固位体所获固位力不等,极板式固位体所获固位力最大;5、磁性固位力与磁体和衔铁间距离成反比,随此距离增加,不同设计的磁性固位体固位力下降速率不等。
The retentive force of 10 different materials and designed magnetic retainers was measured by pull-off method, and the influencing factors of retainer force of the magnetic retainer were discussed.
