目的:探讨血清子宫内膜抗体(EMAb),CA125对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)诊治的临床价值。方法:前瞻性地检测经手术病理证实为子宫内膜异位症的20例两个指标(观察组),排除EMT的74例EMAb(对照组Ⅰ)及22例CA125(对照组Ⅱ),结果进行比较,并在观察组中分析术前,术后一周,手术一周服药一月后血清中EMAb及CA125的变化。结果:(1)观察组血清渭度(G±SG)16.6±2.3明显高于对照组Ⅰ1.1±1.0,有非常显著差异P<0.001;观察组血清CA125(X±s)149.8±60.4明显高于对照组Ⅱ29.6±7.1,有非常显著差异P<0.01EMAb及CA125用于诊断的敏感性均为100%,特异性分别为91.9%和81.8%。(2)观察组在手术前,手术后一周;手术一周服丹那唑一月后其EMAb分别为(G±SG)16.6±2.3、7.9±2.3、5.5±2.2,CA125各为(x±s)149.8±60.4、77.5±31.4、38.9±20.3,各期相互比较,差异有显著性P<0.05。(3)观察组术前、术后一周,手术一周加服药一月后EMAb和CA125在血清中水平呈正相关.相关系数分别为r=0.91、r=0.85、r=0.75。结论:血清中EMAb及CA125水平可作为EMT诊断及治疗效果评价的一项有效的辅助指标。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of serum endometrial antibodies (EMAb) and CA125 in diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis (EMT). METHODS: Twenty patients with endometriosis confirmed by surgery and pathology were prospectively examined (observation group), 74 EMAb (control group I) and 22 CA125 (control group II) without EMT. Results The changes of EMAb and CA125 in the serum before surgery, one week after surgery, one month after the surgery and one month of medication were analyzed in the observation group. Results: (1) The serum level of G ± SG (16.6 ± 2.3) in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (Ⅰ1.1 ± 1.0) (P <0.001). The serum CA125 (X ± s) 149.8 ± 60.4 in the observation group was significantly Higher than the control group Ⅱ 29.6 ± 7.1, there is a very significant difference P <0.01EMAb and CA125 for the diagnosis of 100% sensitivity and specificity of 91.9% and 81.8%. (2) The EMAb in the observation group was (G ± SG) 16.6 ± 2.3, 7.9 ± 2.3 and 5.5 ± 2.2, respectively, and the CA125 was (± s) 149.8 ± 60.4,77.5 ± 31.4,38.9 ± 20.3. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). (3) The serum levels of EMAb and CA125 in the observation group were positively correlated before surgery, one week after surgery, one week after operation and one month after taking the medicine. The correlation coefficients were r = 0.91, r = 0.85, r = 0.75. Conclusion: The levels of EMAb and CA125 in serum can be used as an effective auxiliary index in the diagnosis and treatment of EMT.
