日本《读卖新闻》曾报道奈良市市长健田忠三郎根据云彩预测地震及九州大学工学系副教授真锅大觉关于地震云成因探讨情况。我们在用激光锁相应变仪、基岩地电记录仪和天电记录仪等手段进行地震预报研究的过程中,也注意了对地震云彩的观测。
Japan’s “Yomiuri Shimbun” has reported Nara Mayor Kenichiro Kenzaburo cloud prediction earthquake and Associate Professor of Kyushu University Department of Engineering Manabujue on the cause of the earthquake cloud to explore the situation. We used the laser-locked strain gauges, bedrock geotextile recorders, and other means of electrical recording of earthquakes for the study of earthquake prediction process, but also pay attention to the observation of seismic clouds.
