在统编《生理卫生》课本(P41)有段叙述为:“在通常情况下,血量的绝大部分是在心血管中循环流动着,有小部分血液滞留在肝、肺、脾等处的毛细血管里,这部分血量称为储备血量.人体在剧烈运动中,或者少量失血时,那些储备血会很快地释放出来参加到血液循环中去.”在这段话中,我认为有两处值得商榷:一是把脾中贮存的血液归为储备血量的问题;二是把少量失血能导致储备血量释放的问题.在此提出来与同行讨论,以达到
