随着改革开放事业的不断深入发展,越来越多的70后、80后青年干部走上了县级基层领导岗位,为党的事业注入了活力。但部分青年领导干部因经历的局限,不注重政治理论学习,或片面强调业务技能,或过分夸大学历职位及个人奋斗作用,导致在实际工作中表现出政治自信不足。政治动力缺乏、政治感情淡漠、政治担当缺失,给党风、政风等带来较大负面影响。为此,上级党组织应对此给予高度重视。
With the deepening development of the cause of reform and opening up, more and more post-80s and post-80s cadres have embarked on leading posts at the county level and have injected vitality into the party’s cause. However, due to their limited experience, some young leading cadres did not pay much attention to political theory or unilaterally emphasized business skills or overly exaggerated academic qualifications and personal struggles, leading to their lack of political self-confidence in their practical work. The lack of political motivation, indifference in political feelings and lack of political responsibility have brought about a great negative impact on the party’s work style and political power. To this end, the higher Party organizations should give this priority.
