目的探讨“抗帕颗粒”对健康志愿者血液流变学和甲襞微循环的影响。方法32例健康志愿者予以“抗帕颗粒”7.5 g,2次/日冲服,疗程15 d。于用药前后分别测定相关指标。结果用药后血液流变学各项指标显著下降,甲襞微循环加权积分值明显下降,肝肾功能及血象无明显变化。结论 “抗帕颗粒”作为中西医结合治疗帕金森综合征的新药,明显改善健康志愿者的血液流变学和甲襞微循环,且无肝肾损害及抑制血细胞等副作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of “Kaipa Granules” on hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation in healthy volunteers. Methods A total of 32 healthy volunteers were given anti-Pastain Granules (7.5 g) twice a day for 15 days. The relevant indicators were measured before and after treatment. Results The indexes of blood rheology decreased significantly after administration, the weighted integral value of hyperthyroidism microcirculation decreased significantly, and there was no significant change in liver and kidney function and hemogram. Conclusion “Qianpa Granules” as a new drug for treating Parkinson’s syndrome with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine significantly improved the hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation of healthy volunteers, and had no side effects such as hepatic and renal damage and suppression of blood cells.
