陈涛,山推国内营销事业部驻西北人员;杨志,山推传动事业部加工中心班长;辛建华,山推履带底盘事业部轮系工厂热工段段长。他们是山推集团的骨干尖兵,是山推众多员工中的普通一员,或许他们三人至今未曾谋面,工作上也没有任何交集,但山推“厚德坚韧,创新奋进”的企业文化成为他们共同的凝聚力和奋斗目标。他们因工作业绩突出与努力,光荣成为五一劳动奖章获得者。
Chen Tao, Shantui’s domestic sales department’s Northwest staff; Yang Zhi, Shantui Drive Division’s machining center monitor; Xin Jianhua, Shantui’s crawler chassis division’s wheel thermal plant segment. They are the backbone of the Shantui Group and are an ordinary member of Shantui’s many employees. Maybe the three of them have never met and have no work at all, but Shantui’s enterprises are “tremendous, innovative and progressive”. Culture has become their common goal of cohesion and struggle. Because of their outstanding performance and hard work, they were honored as the winners of the May 1st Labor Medal.
