1BP中Pu(Ⅲ)、Pu(Ⅳ)和U(Ⅳ)分析方法研究

我国后处理中试厂铀-钚分离工艺采用U(Ⅳ)做还原剂,水相出口1BP中Pu(Ⅲ)、Pu(Ⅳ)和U(Ⅳ)的含量信息对于本段工艺监控及后续工艺料液调节都很关键。为此建立了一种1BP中Pu(Ⅲ)、Pu(Ⅳ)和U(Ⅳ)快速测定的方法。利用氧化还原法制备出纯Pu(Ⅲ)、Pu(Ⅳ)和U(Ⅳ)。用光纤式光谱仪对上述3种纯组分进行可见光谱扫描,得到不同波长处的摩尔吸光系数,并建立多元线性回归方程组。测量样品时,将测得的吸光度代入方程组,计算各组分浓度。 U (Ⅳ) as reductant and Pu (Ⅲ), Pu (Ⅳ) and U (Ⅳ) contents in 1BP at the outlet of aqueous phase are used for the separation of uranium and plutonium in the pilot plant of China after reprocessing. For the process monitoring and subsequent process Liquid feed adjustment is the key. Therefore, a rapid determination method for Pu (Ⅲ), Pu (Ⅳ) and U (Ⅳ) in 1BP was established. Pure Pu (Ⅲ), Pu (Ⅳ) and U (Ⅳ) were prepared by redox method. Visible spectra of these three pure components were obtained by optical fiber spectrometer. The molar absorptivities at different wavelengths were obtained, and multiple linear regression equations were established. When measuring the sample, the measured absorbance is substituted into the equation set to calculate the concentration of each component.
