探讨了用LC/MS/MS联用仪测定液压油中的微量添加剂磷酸三苯酯的方法.应用MRM方式记录HPLC的流出峰,结果表明被分析样品浓度在1～7mg/L范围内,色谱峰面积与浓度有良好的线性关系.讨论了LC/MS/MS技术实验条件的选择方法.
The method to determine the trace additive of triphenyl phosphate in hydraulic oil by LC / MS / MS was analyzed.The peak of HPLC was recorded by MRM, the results showed that the concentration of analyte in the range of 1 ~ 7mg / L, There is a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration, and the selection of experimental conditions for LC / MS / MS technology is discussed.
