反腐败事关党和国家的生死存亡,我们党一直为推进中国特色反腐败不懈探索。习近平总书记在十八届中央纪委第二次全会上提出:“要善于用法治思维和法治方式反对腐败,加强反腐败国家立法,加强反腐倡廉党内法规制度建设,让法律制度刚性运行。”以上思想观点可概括为“法治反腐”。“法治反腐”将成为中国特色反腐败的新常态,将以开创廉洁政治新局面而被载入史册。一、准确把握“法治反腐”的含义“法治反腐”作为依法治国的重要组成部分,其内涵丰富,外延宽广。
