经过半个世纪的勘探与开发,克拉玛依油田管理所面临的形势是:老油田稳产基础依然薄弱,抗风险能力仍较低,油区产量结构矛盾突出接替难度大;油气勘探开发的关键瓶颈技术有待突破;工作量结构日趋复杂,勘探开发成本不断上升。基于这种形势,新疆油田在科学发展观的统领下,以中国石油总体发展战略为指导,以经济效益为中心,积极创新管理理念,以树立典型带动全面的方法,聚集体智慧,调动公司上上下下的力量,确保油田可持续有效地发展。
After half a century of exploration and development, Karamay Oilfield Management is faced with the situation: the old oilfield stability is still weak foundation, anti-risk ability is still low, the output structure of the oil zone to highlight the obvious succession to replace; the key bottleneck of oil and gas exploration and development technology to be Breakthrough; workload structure is increasingly complex, exploration and development costs continue to rise.
