随着广西制造业的快速发展,焊接自动化、智能化、柔性化的程度不断提高,新的焊接技术逐步取代耗能大、效率低和工作环境差的传统手工焊接工艺。但实际上在焊接生产第一线负责将设计转化为产品的技术员在焊接工程技术人员的比例较低;高级焊工及技师数量较少,焊接生产的第一线高素质技术人才严重匮乏。所以学校培养焊接高端技能人才,是现代职业教育培养体系实现途径之一,也是我国职业教育改革与发展的重要任务。
With the rapid development of manufacturing industry in Guangxi, the degree of automation, intelligence and flexibility of welding is continuously increasing. The new welding technology gradually replaces the traditional manual welding process with large energy consumption, low efficiency and poor working environment. However, in fact, the proportion of technicians who are responsible for converting design into products in the first line of welding production is relatively low among the welding engineering technicians. The number of senior welders and technicians is relatively small, and the first-line high-quality welding technicians are in short supply. Therefore, training high-skilled welding talents in schools is one of the ways to realize modern vocational education and training system, and also an important task of the reform and development of vocational education in our country.
