探讨了低合金钢在820 ℃~860 ℃固体高浓度渗碳的工艺及其组织与性能。结果表明,高浓度渗碳工艺可在钢的表面形成大量细粒状、弥散分布的碳化物,使钢具有高硬度、高耐磨性、高回火稳定性及低的脆性
The process, microstructure and properties of solid state carburized low carbon steel at 820 ℃ ~ 860 ℃ were discussed. The results show that the high concentration carburizing process can form a large number of fine grained and dispersed carbides on the surface of the steel, which makes the steel have high hardness, high wear resistance, high tempering stability and low brittleness
