德育是小学阶段重要的教育内容,在小学班级管理中,班主任要将德育渗透到每个细节中,培养学生正确的人生观,促使学生养成良好的态度和习惯。在高年级班级管理中,教师要根据学生身心发展的特点,注重以身作则,用爱心、耐心感化学生,让学生在和谐的班级氛围中潜移默化地受到教育,养成良好的人格。
Moral education is an important educational content in the primary school stage. In primary school class management, the teacher should permeate moral education into every detail, cultivate students’ correct outlook on life, and encourage students to develop good attitudes and habits. In senior class management, teachers should pay attention to lead by example, love and patience with students according to the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development so that students can be subtly educated and develop good personality in a harmonious class atmosphere.
