The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic nabumetone intermediate 1- (6-methoxy-2-naphthyl) butane-1,3-dione prepared by one pot. The reaction catalyst is sodium methylate, which is easy to operate and prepared. The recrystallization solvent is ethanol, and the yield is 82% -84.5%.
