目的:结合黄连(味连)的外观物性特征量化和内在品质评价指标,为味连的分级及质量评价提供实验依据。方法:分别测量14批不同产地味连的大小(总长度、总宽度、主根长度、主根直径、分枝数目、分枝长度、分枝直径、过桥长度、质量)、颜色(外部颜色、内部颜色)、含量(表小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀、小檗碱),采用SPSS聚类分析和主成分分析对其测定结果进行分析。结果:主成分分析选3个主因子,得出味连药材的特征指标为总长度、主根长度、主根直径、分枝长度、质量、表小檗碱含量、小檗碱含量、外观颜色总色值;聚类分析将14批样品分为2大类,道地产区与非道地产区在外观和内在质量上存在一定的差异性。结论:味连的外观物性特征量化结合内在含量指标评价,并通过数理统计处理后,可用于味连药材的分等。
OBJECTIVE: To provide an experimental basis for the grading and quality evaluation of Gracilaria by combining with the quantification of appearance physical properties of Coptis chinensis and its intrinsic quality evaluation index.
