Objective: To detect the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer and to explore their relationship with cervical cancer and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Fifty patients with cervical cancer who were treated in Ningbo First Hospital from January 2013 to August 2013 were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy women in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum IL-6, IL-8 and IL-17 in different stages, different degrees of differentiation and before and after treatment of cervical cancer were measured. Results: The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-17 in the observation group were (23.85 ± 2.16) pg / ml, (35.29 ± 2.68) pg / ml and (58.09 ± 3.26) pg / (P <0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-17 in patients in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were (31.74 ± 2.25) pg / ml and (45.04 ± 2.91) pg / ml and (65.27 ± 4.05) pg / ml, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P <0.05). IL-6, IL-8 and IL- 31.80 ± 2.32) pg / ml, (46.26 ± 3.05) pg / ml and (65.84 ± 3.79) pg / ml respectively, which were significantly higher than those in well-differentiated patients (P <0.05) The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-17 were (33.56 ± 2.47) pg / ml, (46.55 ± 3.18) pg / ml and (66.02 ± 3.83) pg / ml respectively, (14.97 ± 2.03) pg / ml, (21.48 ± 2.50) pg / ml and (21.48 ± 2.50) pg / ml, respectively) in patients with cervical cancer after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (22.73 ± 2.61) pg / ml, which were lower than before treatment and before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer are significantly increased, and increase with the increase of staging and the degree of differentiation, There is a good guide.
